motherboard for q9450

Hi Guys,
I value all of your advice so could someone please give me some recommendations on what would be a good motherboard for the new q9450
processor. I will be using it strictly for video editing with Adobe Premiere.
Since I won't be gaming I won't need SLI. This is my first build so please recommend a board that shouldn't give me to many problems. I guess I'm worried about the BIOS. I don't want to upgrade the BIOS for a newer revision because I don't have enough confidence in myself that I could do it.

your best bet is a motherboard with the X38/X48 chipset if you are worried about flashing your motherboard. if not, get a P35 chipset, which may require a flash.

the intel p45's are a better choice because they require no flash, work with ddr2, and best of all they are not pricey in the least.
