Motherboard help.

I have the Gigabyte Z97x Gaming five. I installed it onto my corsair 200r but one of the holes on the motherboard doesn't match up with the tower. I saw a video on youtube and he had the same problem but ignored it. What happens if I leave that mount/hole unused. Sorry its my first time building a computer.
 
Nothing too bad if it's just one.. My microATX board had 3 holes that didn't like up in this case.

My current mobo has 1 that doesn't line up either.
 
Shouldn't make a big difference if it's just one.

I wouldn't stress plugging things into near there though (put hand behind board if need pressure while connecting, or similar).
