You dont HAVE to. It will stil WORK if its not 400 however its prolly IDEAL if you do get 400. In most cases you can easily OC to 400 if you get something like 333 :)

i also need a 3d card, I dont need a 3d card to make holywood movies, or design the latest video games, or a video card to run the military force, just one that I can play half life 2(upcoming) in a decent manner. thanks in advance, my budget is 600$
