Is this a custom built pc or store bought pc? If custom built then it could be anything from motherboard shorting out against the case to bad ram to bad video card or loose power connections.

I have a lot of them at my workshop that is not displaying both custom and store built

If you have a lot of pc's not displaying video then it sounds like possibly not connecting power connectors to video cards. Or are you using onboard video as well?

That was a broad leap, lol. Lets start one by one. Which one is the first you want to fix. Make model or a list of parts if its a build.

Could be lots of things. We really need to know if you are using onboard video or not. My guess is you're using a graphics card but you are not plugging in the power connectors or the PSUs aren't high enough wattage to run them (or both!) It could be bad or mismatched RAM. RAM can do funny things to video. It could be the RAM is not set up correctly in the BIOS in which case I'd recommend resetting the BIOS using the jumper on the motherboard or trying one stick if there's two.
