Motherboard problem?

Hello.

My computer dont work anymore.
I have changed the psu, but still same problem. When i push power button, then power light goes on, but nothing happens. Could it be motherboard problem?

My friend sayd that i should take out all memory and turn computer on to see if it makes piiping sound, but is it allowed to do so ?
And if it does not make any sound, then it is something wrong with motherboard?

It could be the micro, mother, or memory. when did the problem start?? did you change anything?? installed new hardware?? cleaned the pc?? sometimes cables get unplugged.....

you should do what your friend says... if nothing happens (no sound) then it could be the mother or micro.
