motherboard question about SATA

im confused about the SATA150 and SATA 3.0. my question is

is this motherboard able to use SATA150 hard drives??

yes, try to get a 300 if you can it will be faster

Sata 1.5GB/s and Sata 3.0GB/s but you really wont notice much difference because of the machanical limits of the drive.

Yes it can. I would also suggest an 3.0GB/s drive. 2x Faster..
