motherboard upgrade q

Hey, right now ive got a HP Pavillion a1120n with this current motherboard: PTGD-LA (Goldfish3) (Current Mobo stats) and the specs are here: Specs Link . My question is im looking to upgrade my mobo but be able to keep everything else. so ive found this board: Here .Would everything with my current hp comp work with this board, my main thing is my current hp has no PCI-E or AGP slots so im looking to upgrade to one that does, i think everything should be compatable with it. But i would just like to ask u guys if it all does.
 
everything appears to match up except your case may be propritary (please excuse the spelling) this means if you don't already know that the case may have been made for that spacific motherboard and it won't fit any others except one obtained from HP so you may have to buy a new case to put your motherboard in then steal everything else off the old. Other than that i think everything looks fine. The sockets match up, you have the same type of memory, just make sure the powersupply mainboard power has the same number of pins.
 
yea, i figured it would be tough to find a matching board for the case, but i dont like the look of my hp one anyway so i can just get a new better one.
 
however it does say that it is a micro atx mobo, so if you wouldnt mind a new case, buy the mobo, if it doesnt work then buy a case and swap everything over.
