Motherboard Upgrade

I have an Intel D102GGC2 Motherboard with a maximum Ram Capacity of 2gb, tried 4gb and it would accept it. What I am looking to do is upgrade my motherboard and I am looking for suggestions. I want mico ATX form factor so I dont have to replace my case. The motherboard also has a LGA 775 CPU socket and Pentium D 805 processor. I am looking to upgrade the Motherboard to a SATA motherboard with at least 4gb of ram capability and I am going to upgrade my processor as well. Any suggestions on what would be a good setup with out breaking the bank?

Also I need a PCI-E 2.0 slot for my video card. Somebody told me a PCI-E 16x slot would accept my video card, is this true? Any help would be appreciated.

If you want good motherboard for this processor there will not be much choice. I'd suggest you buy new mobo and new processor...

As to your GPU I don't know if it supports PCI-E. You need to tell us what graphic card you have got.
