motherboard upgrade?

hi im looking two upgrade my motherboard two at least a Pentium d and support core 2 duo . my currunt mothrboard is a foxconn 945G7MA-8KS2H but only supports pentium 4 and extreme edition .celoron and pentium d its a socket 775 board i need a board that will support core 2 duo pentium d quad core etc can anyone help on recommendations must be intel and support ddr2 667mhz ram
