i don't know what should I do,My asus PC probe always remind's me that my 3.3 volts running is low! can I adjust its voltages through its BIOS setup? I'm using a 450 watt power supply

If that is adjustable it will be on the powersupply. I know OCz powerstreams (probably all OCz models) have screws on the back you turn to increase/decrease the voltage on a given rail but if a powersupply without adjustable rails isn't supplying the right voltage you probably have to replace it.

Your 12V is pretty low as well.
