motherboard whos the best

i am planing on buying a 64bit mb i soon i am getting a Socket 754 board with the nforces 3 chipset and i am looking at these two boards

but i am not sure of dfi i have a buddie who is using a msi board and he seems to like it so what do yall think are do u think a nother boards better

Would help if we knew the actual mobos you were looking at. As things stand tho the MSI NF3 is the premier performance board but that's due to change shortly
