lovely? Active Member Jun 10, 2008 #4 no x38/x48 are very good. its just that for some people, PCI-E 2.0 and DDR3 is not appealing as of yet, so P35 is still great.

colt1911 New Member Jun 10, 2008 #7 I have my Q9450 clocked at 3.4 and very stable on a P5K Premium P35 board, also using 4 gigs of memory.

colt1911 New Member Jun 10, 2008 #9 With the Q9450 on air about 3.6 is all I'll get out of it .There are some with a watercooling setup that have reached 3.8 to 4.0. But I'll stick with air cooling for now until I learn more about a water setup.
