Same processor and Asus has better motherboards then biostar. 294.99 total.

Yes, you can. That board has onboard video and a separate slot for a dedicated video card.

Remove the old card, you may have to uninstall the drivers for it first, as the old drivers could cause problems with the new card. Install the new card and then install the drivers that came with it until you can get the latest drivers online.

You mean a second video card? It only has 1 pci-express 2.0 x16 slot for video.
