Motherboard?

I purchased a gateway comp about a year and a half ago. It did not come with a windows xp cd or any hardware install cds. I am looking to get a new mobo because mine doesn't have an agp slot and they ripped me off telling me it was a top of the line p4....it was only a 1800mhz with 100mhzfsb!!!! if i was to get a new mobo would i have to get an all new hardrive, cd/dvd drive, floppy, windows xp, etc becuase i dont have the cds.

as long as you get a mobo that supports your cpu ie the correct socket and that supports the memory you have you will be fine ,
if you dont have a copy of windows you will have to buy that get a oem copy its half the price of a retail version
