Is this a good motherboard?

Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe nForce4-SLI Chipset w/7.1 Sound, Gb LAN, S-ATA Raid, USB 2.0, IEEE-1394 Dual PCI-E MB

Yup i have Ran a AMD 3500+ and a X2 4600+ on that mobo with no problems at all. Good for OC`in too :D check the sig :P

EDIT: after a month or so the chipset fan went on it though :( but don`t let that put you off the mobo.

Also whats the difference in the A8N32-SLI?

the A8N-SLI is only 8x2 PCI in SLi mode while the A8N32-SLI is 16x2 PCI in SLi :D

I think my Vcard is xfire its x1900xt. does this mean it will not work??

Yeah it will work on its own that is but not in crossfire mode. Look for Asus A8R-MVP Crossfire or summin similar for crossfire.

Well I just bought this new system, im not planning on buying different now.
I think it will be fine, I dont plan on buying another video card anyway. So it will run at x16 with 1 card just not 2 cards?
