mounting screws

Ive never brought a motherboard before do they normally come with the stand off and screws? or do i need to buy some??

All I have built did. been years though. I would think they would or it would be useless. Something else. Ive had people give me computers. JUNK and old. Always stripped and saved all screws for a selection. Computer stores carry all this or should.

Usually it's the case that comes with the screws, the motherboards usually don't.

Most motherboards dont, most cases do.

Thats great thank you ive found two of my very old PC's at my mothers so il be harvesting all the screws out of them before i dump them

you can also buy little screw kits like this that will come with standoffs and a bunch of other screws that are used for cases
