Mouse/Media Remote

Saw this while browsing the net, microsoft advertised, is it any good?
I've been looking for a media remote aswell so if i get this itll be both mouse and remote (a dream come true )

it might be a good mouse however its a VERY limited media remote.. i have seen them advertised here for about $100-$150.. for that u can buy a decent mouse aswell as a proper media remote.. doesnt have many programable buttons by the looks of it and is more of a novelty than anything else
