Mouse scroll wheel

For viewing webpages, the equivilent is the up/down arrows. Page up and page down jumps down one screen's worth. Home takes you to the start of a webpage, but in Word it only takes you to the start of a line. Ctrl+Home in Word takes you to the start of the document. I've probably told you more than you needed to know. :)
 
In games, you can either use the scroll wheel or not. If you can, when it's got a blank for you to press something, move the mouse wheel up or down. If the command comes up as something like WHEEL_UP, then it's sorted. If it just hangs there waiting for you to type something, you probably won't be able to get it to work.
