I would like help finding a mouse that clicks easily and doesn't give me Karpal Tunnel Syndome like symptoms. At present, I have mice that have tightened a muscle in my back. Wired or wireless doesn't matter.

Probably has more to do with your sitting position. I'd advise a mouse pad with a wrist rest too. Helps a huge amount. I have this.

Yeah, its more the position of your wrist, seating position, and possible lack of wrist rest/support - moreso than the actual mouse.

It might be worth hitting up microcenter, frys or best buy {or similar) to get a live feel for some of the mice. I haven't ever used one that is notoriously hard to click, but you might be able to find something that's also a little more comfortable.

Thanks. I am trying a faster speed for the mouse. I found an easy click second hand Hewlett Packard mouse at the local computer repair store. It cost me $8.48.
