Move from OS (c:) to Data (D:)

If you are talking about personal files like music, pictures, downloads, videos in your personal folder then all you need to do is right click on each of those and click on properties, click on location tab and set it location to D drive instead of C drive. After selecting and clicking apply then ok, it will automatically move your data from c to d.
