Movie Problem

I have a slight problem. Out of no where I cannot download any videos from the internet. Does anyone know how to fix this? I can "Save Target As" and save the video then watch it. WMP used to pop right up and show the video, now I have to save first. Any suggestions. I used IE 7 and Firefox.
 
Its mainly on porn, I go to numerous free sites that offer free clips. It never did this before, it does it on everything though not just porn. It seems like some sort of setting was altered, but it is too random. Should I try and uninstall and reinstall my browsers?
 
Solution

To anyone who runs into this problem, for some reason I have to right click on IE and "Run IE as Administrator". Im not sure why I havent had to do this before, but I have to do it now. Thanks to anyone who helped.

did you install any codecs to view the smut?
 
No codecs or anything. You have to right click on IE and click run as admin. For some reason I didnt have full access to the program. Anyone know what changed that? Possibly Malware?
