Moving background issue (Windows 7)

Hey there, guys!

Could not find a better place to post this thread, so I hope it's in the right spot

So, I have a minor problem with my desktop here. I would very much like to use one of my moving backgrounds. When I set it as the background, the text on all my icons on the dekstop gets kind of... blacked out, and transparent.

If any of you have a nice and quick fix for this small issue, I'd appreciate some help.

It could be a display issue or clear text. Right click desktop | Personalize | Display.

Disable and re-enable the desktop animation. It is a normal result of forcing the 'moving desktop'.

It works when I disable and re-enable it.. But is there any other way to make this work without having to re-enable it every boot?
