Moving RAID 0 array to new motherboard.

I have a problem. I have to RMA my ASUS P8P67 because of faulty RAM slots.

The actual problem is that my OS boot drive consists of 2x 120GB SSDs and I'm worried that I'll lose my data and have to reinstall.

So the question is:
Will I be able to transfer my RAID array to the new board and keep my data?

I've read somewhere else that it should be fine as long as the controller is of the same make, maybe even a few years apart. If that's true, I should be fine since it's the same board I get back, but I want to be sure.

You can see full specs of my PC in the signature. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, if that helps.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance, Jiniix.

If you are getting the same board then yes, you will be fine after enabling raid in the BIOS and setting up array in the raid utility.

I'm with you all the way, but what do you mean "setting up array". I know what the raid utility is, but from what I can remember, setting up an array formats it.
Thanks for the response though.

Well, its been a long time since I migrated a raid setup to a new motherboard. I can't remember if the raid utility recognized the correct setup or not. You may just want to verify that it set to either raid 0 or raid 1 depending on what you are running.
