Mozilla default?

My Internet Explorer does not work, it does not connect for some reason so google earth, real world weather (fs9), videos, Itunes Music store, AIM TRITON BETA and other things like that cant connect.. On the other hand my Mozilla Firefox works so how can i work my connection through mozilla so all of that works?

Your firewall may be blocking them, try disabling it and trying the other aplications. If that works, then re-enablbe your firewall, tell us what firewal your using, and we can help you further

is IE trying to dial a connection when you go into it?
if so and you are connected through a lan tick the box never dial a connection - tools>internet options>connections>Never dial a connection
As it may be trying to connect when it is already connected

Ya it has nothing to do with my firewall, because i brought my computer to bestbuy so they could fix it because of all the spyware,so they disabled IE so it doesnt work therefor, most things that connect to the internet dont work.
I am afraid that it i reboot IE all that will come back...
so all i need to know is how to have that internet connection that programs like Itunes music store, AIM triton can have a connection, Not through IE but through Mozilla Firefox?

How can i replace the dead IE connection that says it cant find a server with Mozilla?
