I don't know the differences between all the internet explorers. So here is my question. I just got my new computer all set up and the internet has Mozilla Firefox. I've never used this and don't know if it's good or bad. But I'm use to Verizon with MSN Premium as an internet browser so here is my problem. Everytime I try and download msn, firefox pops up and says it's not compatible with each other. I cannot even download software???? I click on allow and it will not allow me to download software I want???? What the heck??? Please help...

try going to 'tools , options, and make sure java script is enabled. Lots of pluggins available for firefox. nice client. was it firefox giving you the report?
or a firewall.
stay with it and figure it out.
Firefox works fine. lot more flexible.
