Mozilla/IE/ZA problem

Ok, not sure which is doing it but sometimes with my net it wont load pages, I can use messenger, P2P servers and everything else but IE/Mozilla won't work. it wont load pages, I thought it was ZA doing this, heck i was pretty sure so I reinstalled it about 3 times now but it's still doing it, Help please

What happens if you just disable ZA? Does it work then?

And all pages won't load? Or just a couple?

All pages, and It does it less frequent when I use ZA is turned off but does it less, also Za also has errors rarely has runtime (i think I cannot remember)

Tried a different firewall? Spyware check?

spyware check everynight, I tried another firewall, worked fine but I heard ZA's the best, whats up with that?

Well if it's infrequent, could it just be that your ISP sucks?

When you reinstalled it three times did you use the same settings as before?

I had to change all the settings on it, it didn't save them so no..
