Mozilla keeps crashing?

for some reason my mozilla gets this pop-up thing that asks for an e-mail and a few other things, it also says that it is sorry for the inconvieniece and it then crashes. Anyone know how I can stop this?

have you got any other programs running? does this happen all the time or is it on specific sites? ive had FF crash on me before. its just a pain when it does

Yeah I usually always have xfire running along with a few others. could this be to blame? Is there a way to choose which programs run on start-up? This happens very often btw. When urs crashes does it pop-up like a feedback form?

Are you sure you don't have any spyware on there? I can't figure out why it would be asking you for personal information.....?
