LoL in the future before asking these kind of questions,take a look at what your operating system offers lol.
Windows XP and Windows Vista have the program called "Windows Movie Maker".Windows 7 doesn't,but you can always download and install the Vista Windows Movie Maker.
Anyway with the Windows Movie Maker you can cut,add and arrange many types of the audio and video clips and save them however and where ever you want.You can also do the same things with the images.

I would recommend you to gofor Nero Wave editor/ Gold Wave editor. They are very user friendly.
