MP3 Error Uploading Files

Hi there,

Please help. I have a 256mb MP3 player and have been uploading song onto it by right clikcing and sending to the removable disc option and was working fine......now it wont let me. I keep getting a message either saying file corrupted or unreadable OR says the disc is data-write protected? I have tried changing the letter of the drive and also tried to format the drive both of which dont work. Can anyone help?

sorry to sound thick but what to you mean when you say sync it exactly? i know what sync means but how do i actually do it?
 
typically that's how the companies set up their devices to accept files, like my little brother's is all but inaccessible outside windows media player, you probably need WMP 9 or 10 to be able to do it, but it's a free update on microsoft.com if you don't have it already
