I used this program to set my music collection to the same dB level(around 89)so that they would all be at the same volume, but now some songs are really hard to hear cause they're so quiet and other are really loud. It wasn't nearly this bad before so is there anyway I can set them back to the original levels?

Well, if the program you used doesn't have a feature to undo what it's done, you could use GoldWave, but you'd have to manually alter each song that's bothering you.
