Mp3 Os

I have an mp3 that i would like to install a new os on. It has a large LCD screen, and looks like an ipod. Is there any way to do this? How?What linux distribution should I use?

im not sure that is possible... and probably not allowed.

Yeah, i wasn't able to access the mp3 player's system files, so it's probably not possible.
