i used it for the last time 1 or 2 years ago...

i think that you can't save the midi with the trial version of the program but don't buy it because it is not a good program...

alright then not directly my mp3 to midi but mp3 to wav converter and then wav to midi converter is easily possible i guess? which two app you recommend for the two steps?

As long as the integrity of the files remain intact you could run a two step conversion process without difficulties. You would just have to try out different ones for each step to see which ones work the best there.
