I have DVDs of TV show and I am going to put them into MP4 format and then put them on my Media player.
My player can connect to a TV if I want to watch them.
I want to use MP4 because it works with very Low bit rate to give great picture video.
To also save space on my media player I was going to bring the Frame Rate down.
I know NTSC TV is 30 fps so I was going to leave it as is.
But then I see that DVDs I think are working at 24 fps.
What am I not geting if a NTSC TV show is 30 fps and they put it on a DVD at 24 fps why does a DVD not look gidery or skipy?
Or do I have all this wrong?
