MP4 Video Converter without reducing size

Do you know any MP4 video converter without reducing the size of the original video?

i converted some HQ videos from.flv into mp4 but they became smaller in size.
[i'm using Any Video Converter ]
 
Any Video Converter is pretty good. I dont think you will really find a converter that wont reduce the size.
 
I've ever have many FLV files also, but they can not be played on my iPhone, so I use iSkysoft Video Converter to tranform them. And it works. Unfortunately, this tool is a paid one.
For free tools, you can try freemake.

I tryed more than 100 free conversion programs for the past 10 years (including Any video converter) and I can tell you that FORMAT FACTORY is the best free conversion program I ever used!
It can convert anything into anything and this applies for images,audio and video.Plus it has few extra advanced options.
And of course it works on almost all Windows operating systems starting from Windows 98 and later which is great!
