No major issue or problem here, just wanted to tidy up a bit.

Please have a look at the screenshot picture provided and tell me what I could possibly check or uncheck to improve on the performance of my system. Or if you see something that may be harmful, please let me know.

All of it, I have nothing checked on my MSCONFIG.

The only things you should have checked to start at startup is your virus scanner and firewall. All the rest should be unchecked. You are using a lot of available RAM for nothing. This in one of the major factors of computer slowdown.
