How do I know what video cards it supports?

It comes with Auto OC Genie. Is this worth using/doing?

It says it has a program that allows me to unlock cores. So my quad core proc will unlock into a 6 core? Is it worth doing?
 
1. it will support any PCIe graphics card without fault. That goes from the 8400GT to the GTX 690, and the x100 series to the 7970 (7990).

2. Do it right and overclock using manual settings.

3. Depends on what processor you have and how it was manufactured. Some will unlock, and some won't. I do not think that the FX series will unlock at all.
 
Unlocking depends on the CPU and the board. As Wolfe said, sometimes the processors unlock, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they can became really unstable once they've been unlocked.

You should overclock using the BIOS and make sure your CPU has a good cooler on it before you overclock it.
