MSI GTX 750ti

Basically, I need a new video card. My current specs are: AMD Athlon x4 860k @3.7GHz, 8gb of ddr3 1866 MHz ram, some 650watt GoldenField PSU(Which I plan on upgrading soon), and a NVidia 6800GT 256mb video card. My question is, would $100 for a used MSI GTX 750ti be a good choice? The games I would like to play are CSGO, H1Z1, Rust, and GTA 5. Thanks In Advace :D

Also, If that is not a good video card, do you guys have any suggestions? My max is around $250 CAD. Thanks :D
