I laughed at the guys comment as I was buying because he was saying he had a hard time removing the cover...now I can't remove it myself

I read the manual, it stated to remove the 2 back screws then to push forward and up. It won't budge. I feel so dumb. I built plenty of PC's in the past, but they've always had the one side to remove thing. This one I have to remove 3 sides but they're connected. I hope you guys get what I'm saying. I hope one of you guys own this case and can chime in to help me. I'm completely baffled. Thanks
