MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum nForce3 Ultra heatsink and fan

So I'm gonna upgrade soon. Anyway I hate those retail fans that come with the processors becuase they suck but it looks like I may run into a clearance problem with this one...could someone possibly enlighten me?

Motherboard:

the proc on the mobo seems to very close to the AGP slot and with this fan bulging out to the side and my massive heatsink on the videocard (Leadtek 6800 GT) I'm not sure if it's gonna fit...see my problem?

I can't say for sure, but there is a very good chance that it will have clearance issues with the video card
 
i'm starting to think so too...i might just have to stick with the venus from TT or something like that...i dunno....

There is indeed a good chance, but nothing you cant bust out the ruler/calculator for :) Id give you the measurements but i dont have my Neo2 Platinum anymore :P

i'm starting to think so too...i might just have to stick with the venus from TT or something like that...i dunno....
