MSI MPG z490 problems

I have a MSI MPG z490 in my computer I installed windows 10 on it and worked fine for a little over a month and now when I boot it up I get the MPG loading screen for a bout a minute the the screen goes black and I don't know what happened
 
Are you sure the motherboard isn't grounding out on the case? Did you use the standoffs where they should be? Try only using 1 stick of ram remove anything not needed to boot windows. Are you using a dedicated video card? If so, remove and try using onboard video. Disconnect any hard drives and see if you get a boot error.
