MSI P4N Diamond, can i have the E6400 CPU?

Hi I am really un certain if my Mobo (MSI P4N Diamond) can have the core 2 duo E6400... Do you guys know anything? Obviously its S775 but not sure about the chipset...

I have not seen one with a core 2 duo in it, but i dont see why it wouldnt work. It might not though, isnt the nForce 4 an older chipset? I think they have nForce 5 now.......ill look a little more.
