MSI P965 Neo-F GOOD?

Hellow, i am about to get MSI P965 Neo-F and wandering if it is good.

I will not overclock.

I have the MSI K8n Neo4-F, and it's pretty good. A good budget board.

Not sure about the P965, though.

I think it is decent, and much better than any 945 based board. For $125 canadian, it is amazing to be able to get a 965 board.

xD hope it wont break! and btw is 1GB of RAM good enough for multitasking?
