MSI repair centre guys are negligent

Hi I've send my laptop in for repair countless times because every time I send my laptop in to the repair center the guys there would dick around with it. I'm getting my laptop sent back to me in a more messed up state then it originally was in. Right now I just got my laptop back from the repair center and I notice now the LED lights on my keyboard is not working.

I'm just saying I'm fed up with sending my laptop in for RMA and I want to submit a complaint to get stuff done properly. Can someone help me out?

Don't get me wrong MSI are great products but the guys over at

Call the MSI support line directly, make them aware of the problems that you've been having and see what they advise you is the best course of action.

Unfortunately other then footing the bill yourself, there's nothing that you can do in these types of situations..
