MSI Z170A Gaming M5 mobo

Looking at grabbing this board for a desktop, even though I was planning on a laptop upgrade only.. might just build a new desktop too.

My question is with this board comes DDR4 ram, any special things I need to know in looking for a suitable 8GB x2 kit? is 2133 the right stuff?

EDIT: I know my current gear isnt old..Im giving someone an early xmas gift that needs a PC!

You can go higher, you would just have to manually set speed and timings in bios. Get the cheapest speed.

Supposedly 2666 is the sweet spot at the moment for a bit of a gain at usually identical cost to 2133 modules.
