MSN explorer problem

ok so when I sign on to MSN, I get this message when I want to check my e-mail.

Anybody know what the heck is going on? My internet works just fine. Firefox works fine so does IE.

Looks like it can't connect to the MYSQL... No idea on how to fix that though...Try letting cookies in or look in the browser options.
