Looks fake to me!

I would ignore it and tell your friend not to farward it on.

HAHAHAHA! Hot mail has unlimited space they only delete accounts that have been inactive as in not logged into in 3+ months and they could not and would not send a program by email to track your sending of emails sheesh this is just as bad as the ebay ones i get on my school email which is not even my ebay login!

no... it isn't real... actually most of those emails are used to gain e-mail addresses (the ones that show up from your forwarding as well as previous ones) for businesses so they can send out junk email... or they just track them...

how do i know you ask? my cousin used to do it... pretty good pay from some of those companies...

if you dont log on for 1 month they will suspend your account when you reactivate your account all your mail will be gone.

No it doesnt have unlimited space.
The free one only has 250MB and the £59.99 or (something like $120) a year one only has 2 gig.
Yes the email is a fake. You cant get programs encoded in emails unless they are in attachments but then you would have to open it.
Just ignore it.

My free one has 1000mb - 1gig. Weird hey?

I use gmail, and have like 100 invites, and I get like 2.5 gig free email space....

Anyways, I am not sure if that email is phishing or not, but a lot of time people can 'spoof' headers of emails and make it looks like its legit and in the end they want something from you. Your email or personal info or whatever.

If you can look at the original headers you can see where it originally came from, trace it, and report that company to your ISP for spam. I have done it a few times when I was getting really annoying spam from Nigeria at work.

Fake, Don't Send It

That stuff is fake, there was one going through yahoo chat once. It was a chain it is sent to you from your friend (but it‘s not really your friend, keep reading), it is a link and takes you to what looks like an official yahoo page asking you to sign in, when you then proceed to sign in it some how gave your account info to a third party (and you get directed to a porn site, so “he” can have his laughs). When you then log off “he” then log into your account and send the link to all your friends, and for every one that follows the link and signs in “he” (the one running this chain thing) gets their user ID, and Pass. Then if you have any PayPal account info in your email, or bank info, you get ripped off! So it’s not really that hard for these people with this internet age, Just don’t click on anything if your not sure what it is.

Yeah, this is fake, I remember once, I was selling something on Ebay, than somehow got this scammer interested, he sent me all kinds of those, I just took off the end of the link, changed it from like "estetet.com/enrubeuotr/baejorbo.htm" to "estetet.com" and sure enough, all Norwegian bullsh**.
