while installing msn messenger in some pc i'm asked to restrart but in some am not why??
and one ohter imp thing is:-
in some pc i can use msn 6.2 and in some i am told that i must download the latest version to use it.
for eg in one pc in a cyber with winxp sp2 i can use msn 6.2 but in my home with same os and sp i even cant use 7.0 beta version. m asked to downlaod yet newer version. why???

because the actuall version is out and has been out for a while, so theres no need for the beta anymore

Actually if you install windows msn messenger which is not the same as msn messenger you need to restart.
Furhtermore, there are more than one 6.2 versions, check in the about windows of the messenger if you have 6.6.0205 you will NOT be prompted to update to msn messenger 7.0.
