I have msn messenger 7.5 installed, and I really am not sure what the problem is, but every time i sign it, the program hangs, and then starts running my cpu at 100% load :( i dont understand even what the problem is. any ideas?
 
Hey

MSN Messenger is a chat program from Microsoft. If I were you I would try reinstalling it, which should fix the problem. I recommend you to unistall it and install a fresh copy of it.

well heres the whole story, i had the beta version of 8.0 and then it started doing this weird thing, so then i put in 7.5 and it didnt work, then i put in 7.0, didnt work, then i put in 6.0, nope, 6.5, nope, then i put in 7.5 again, and still nothing, so, thats where i am. so i dony kno wut to do. i have reinstalled multiple times as you can see :D

Grab your self a copy of Gaim, and enjoy the beauty of it. Keep the bloated garbage* off your computer if you know whats good for you.

just two questions:
where can i get gaim, and what is wrong with msn messenger anyways, it dosen't have any spyware or adware to my knowledge.

2 things, it is really slow and i have to restart, so i think it is really running at 100%, and no matter what, it wont actually run :(

Well, version 6, 6.5 and 7 would only update you to 7.5 anyway. Uninstall msn messenger using add/remove programs then delete the msn messenger folder in "program file" if its still there. Then try reinstall from http://messenger.msn.com

i do that every time i reinstall or uninstall somthing :(

so still, nope
