MSN Web Cam Problem

I have MSN 14.0, but when I start web cam with my friend I can't see my friend:

what type of webcam are u using. for most webcams you need to have the program that came with installation CD running in order to use it with your video chat programs. Also if u are using wifi with a weak connection this can also cause problems.

Which version of windows are using, is this vista sp2?
