First how do i download MSN so the icon is there on desktop and can click on it and sign in. Also, how can I make sure that no one can see all my other people who are friends on MSN?

You mean windows live messenger?

The newest version which only works with vista and windows 7

When you download either of these, make sure you select desktop icon when installing if there is an option for it, or i believe it automatically creates it for you. I don't use messengers anymore.
